The Michigan Wolverines’ offensive line has become a nationwide sensation in recent years due to the success of players including Trevor Keegan, Zak Zinter, Myles Hinton and others who have made their way to the next level or are expected to this coming season.
On Tuesday, Michigan fans were alerted the potential addition of another top notch offensive line prospect who could find a home in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The prediction was made by Steve Lorenz of The Michigan Insider, giving fans a window into a possible addition to the Wolverines’ future offensive line that could change the makeup of coach Sherrone Moore’s offensive tackle position for years.
“2026 4 (Star) OT Marky Walbridge has been predicted to Michigan,” the X page UofMCoverage wrote.
“Marky was in Ann Arbor last week for an unofficial visit,” they added, quoting Lorenz.
The St. Sebastian’s High School star from Needham, Massachusetts is a four-star prospect who stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 270 pounds.
Both Lorenz and On3.com have predicted that Walbridge will offer his pledge to the Maize and Blue before the end of the Class of 2026 recruiting cycle.
Penn State, Boston College, Tennessee and Alabama are among the other schools that have extended offers to the talented prospect, who has a longstanding relationship with the Wolverines’ coaches.
