Unfortunate news from John Force Racing. During last night’s massive storms that impacted multiple states, their Indiana race shop was damaged. Located in Brownsburg, the NHRA team shop took “severe” damage.
From the south up through Indiana, there were so many communities devastated by Wednesday night’s storms. Tornadoes and high winds caused damage to homes and vehicles.
Today, John Force Racing gave an update on the Brownsburg race shop. The NHRA community is coming together to help as they can.
“Our Brownsburg Race Shop took severe storm and water damage last night and as we continue to work on it as much as is sae and possible, JFR wants to thank every team and person who stopped by to help, or who reached out, last night and today to check on our employees and shop.
“We are a racing community and family, and it was felt and seen in action in the last 24 hours,” the team said in a statement. Unforuante, but also heartwarming as they have received so much support in such little time.
