Kim Soo Hyun’s Scandal Nears Closure in 2025? Lee Jin Ho Spills Shocking Details as Sae Ron’s Father Demands Refund

Kim Soo Hyun’s Controversy Might Wrap by Late 2025? Lee Jin Ho Drops Major Insights; Kim Sae Ron’s Father Requests Refund of Apartment Deposit

Popular YouTuber Lee Jin Ho has stirred up new interest in Kim Soo Hyun’s much-discussed dating scandal. He claims the matter could be resolved by October or November 2025. The case, which has remained a hot topic in Korean media, has now taken another twist involving Kim Sae Ron’s family.

According to reports from Money Today, shortly after Kim Sae Ron’s funeral, her father approached her landlord to retrieve a rental deposit. To his surprise, he discovered that the deposit hadn’t come from Sae Ron but was instead paid by someone else—an individual referred to as Mr. A.

This Mr. A, reportedly an executive from an education firm, had financially supported Sae Ron by covering deposits for two of her apartments. One deposit was for a place in Nonhyeon-dong (2023), and the other for the Seongsu-dong apartment where she spent her final days. A singer friend, called B, also allegedly helped pay for one of these deposits.

Instead of giving the money to Sae Ron directly, Mr. A and B had paid the landlords themselves. After learning this, her father withdrew his request for the refund.

Meanwhile, Lee Jin Ho discussed Kim Soo Hyun’s possible legal consequences on his podcast. He speculated that Soo Hyun’s case could hinge on whether there’s credible proof of a sexual relationship between him and an underage Kim Sae Ron—at a time when the age of consent was 13 in Korea. If such evidence exists, it could lead to civil lawsuits or even actions from brands, possibly forcing Soo Hyun to return endorsement earnings.

Still, Lee emphasized that harsher legal outcomes usually result from cases involving criminal conduct like DUI or domestic abuse.
