Done Deal: Auburn Commit 4-Star Legend LB, Shadarius Toodle to Georgia

Shadarius Toodle, an Auburn inside linebacker commit, has made his official visitation dates known and will be traveling to Athens. The current situation of Toodle and the Bulldogs.

Under defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann and head coach Kirby Smart, the University of Georgia has become synonymous with linebacker play. Throughout their tenure in Athens, the Bulldogs have produced a number of linebackers for the league and had three Bulldogs win the Dick Butkus trophy.

Official visit dates are being established for some of the country’s top prospects as the 2026 recruiting cycle heats up. Shadarius Toodle, an inside linebacker, has scheduled his official visit dates and is presently committed to the Auburn Tigers. He will be visiting Athens, Georgia during spring practice.

The dates of the official visits are as follows: March 4 in North Carolina; March 11 in Florida; March 15 in Georgia; March 22 in Baylor; March 29 in Auburn; and April 12 in Michigan.

Based on those dates, it looks like Toodle will be on campus during the midweek portion of Athens’ spring practices. Given that the weekend pool of prospects is usually more crowded, he will probably be among a much smaller group of visitors.

Toodle is one of the best prospects in the position of inside linebacker. Five-star linebacker Tyler Atkinson of Loganville, Georgia’s Grayson High School is the target of a fierce competition from Georgia. The Bulldogs also have a close relationship with Leesburg, Florida-based ILB Izayia Williams. According to reports, Williams and Atkinson are also anticipated to make official campus visits this summer.

As usual, Georgia’s inside linebacker room is already crowded. In 2025, current sophomores Justin Williams, Chris Cole, and Kristopher Jones return, along with juniors Raylen Wilson and CJ Allen. In high school, all five of the Bulldogs were considered among the top 200 prospects.
