Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Ryan Williams brilliantly trolled the Tennessee Vols this week.
The talented wide receiver, who caught 48 passes for 865 yards and eight touchdowns as a true freshman in 2024, filled out his NCAA Tournament bracket and he doesn’t have Tennessee advancing very far.
In fact, Williams doesn’t have the Volunteers advancing at all.
The former five-star wide receiver picked Wofford to beat Tennessee in the first round.
Williams also picked Auburn to lose to Alabama State in the first round.
Unsurprisingly, Williams has Alabama winning it all.
Well played by the youngster (Williams, who was 17 years old during the entirety of his true freshman season, will play his sophomore season an 18 year old).
Alabama’s rivalries with Auburn and Tennessee are among the best in college football. The sport is better when those rivalries are competitive and embraced by the players. That’s why even Tigers and Vols fans have to respect the troll job from Williams.
Williams’ dad, by the way, played college football at Auburn, so it’s no surprise that the Alabama wide receiver is well-versed on rivalries in the SEC.
