Rodrigo Muniz and Andreas Pereira of Fulham are allegedly in line for a call-up from Brazil manager Dorival Junior.
The 61-year-old, who was named head coach of the national team last month, is expected to reveal his first Brazil squad next week.

On March 23, the five-time World Cup winners take on England at Wembley. Three days later, they play Spain at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Junior has previously stated that he will not be able to use the injured foursome of Matheus Cunha of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Alisson Becker of Liverpool, Joao Pedro of Brighton & Hove Albion, and Neymar of Al-Hilal.

The Evening Standard is claiming that Muniz and Pereira are being considered for the two friendlies, as the Brazil manager is now considering his options.
According to the report, Junior went to the training ground at Fulham on Thursday to watch the session and have conversations with Muniz and Pereira.

After netting four goals in Fulham’s previous three Premier League games, Muniz is now on a roll.

Muniz has maintained his position in the team ahead of Armando Broja, who joined on loan from Chelsea on the last day of the winter transfer window, thanks to his efforts.

The 22-year-old has never before participated in any kind of international football and is currently awaiting his first call-up.
Pereira, meanwhile, has started 22 of Fulham’s 25 Premier League games this season, solidifying his position in the midfield.

The former Manchester United player has participated in 32 competitive games so far this season, contributing one goal and seven assists.

Pereira is the first player for Brazil to have received a senior cap; he made his debut in a friendly match against El Salvador in December 2018.

Both Muniz and Pereira are anticipated to start for Fulham against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday.
