Recently, allegations have surfaced against attorney Boo Ji Seok, who represents the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron. The complaint, submitted by an individual identified only as “A,” claims that Boo not only gave incorrect legal guidance but also played a questionable role in actions connected to the case. The complainant believes Boo’s conduct went beyond legal counsel and possibly into illegal territory.
Previously, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency took legal action against Kim Sae Ron’s family, a YouTuber, and a woman referred to as “B,” who claimed to be Kim Sae Ron’s aunt. The accusations involved violations of laws related to sexual crimes, specifically the misuse of personal and defamatory information.
In reaction to these events, “A” alleged that Attorney Boo used his influence to promote the bereaved family’s claims as factual, possibly misleading the public. Boo is accused of using his professional status to make questionable assertions appear credible and legally valid.
One of the most serious concerns involves Boo’s use of strong language, such as “grooming sexual crime,” which allegedly caused significant harm to actor Kim Soo Hyun’s public image and career. This expression, according to the complaint, was sensationalized and unjustly damaging.
Adding to the tension, Kim Sae Ron’s family recently held a press conference, presenting evidence they claim proves a past relationship between Kim Soo Hyun and the actress during her time as a minor. This development has intensified public and legal scrutiny around all involved parties.
