Joe Hart ended his Celtic career on a high note, winning the Scottish Cup 1-0 over Rangers at Hampden this afternoon.

Hart has developed a strong bond with Hoops striker Kyogo Furuhashi, with both players coming in Ange Postecoglou’s first season at the club, allowing them to experience a variety of highs and lows while making significant contributions at either end of the pitch.

Today, however, will go down in history as a memorable day, particularly for Joe Hart, who achieved a league and cup double in his final season as a professional footballer.

 

Kyogo, while not having the best game this afternoon, has shown to be the difference-maker at times this season, and his performance against Rangers had no bearing on how he enjoyed post-match celebrations with fans.

The Japanese striker has been a fan favourite during his time in Glasgow, and Hart has received a lot of praise from supporters for the way he handled himself on his way out of the club, with spectacular performances that kept Celtic in games at times.
