Irakli Azarovi, the left-back for Shakhtar Donetsk, is apparently a target for Celtic.

The player’s agency has reportedly confirmed Celtic’s interest in the 22-year-old defender, according to @Geo__team on Twitter.
Azarovi joined Shakhtar Donetsk from Red Star Belgrade in the summer and has already accrued eighteen caps for Georgia. He had a big effect in his first season at Shakhtar, playing in 33 games in all competitions, including four Champions League games.
This summer, Celtic will be looking for a left-back. No matter how brilliant Greg Taylor is in Scotland, there’s a sense he can be better in Europe.
After being sent on loan to South America earlier this year, Alexandro Bernebei was not seen to be competent enough to be the Scottish full-back’s backup.
This summer’s transfer window is expected to be hectic for Celtic, as manager Brendan Rodgers hopes to add some elite players in preparation for a Champions League run.
