Fulham are again interested in signing Wolfsburg striker Jonas Wind, despite his goal drought in the Bundesliga.

The summer transfer market is still some time away, but Fulham has already been connected with new strikers.

This week’s reports suggested that Fulham are interested in signing Al-Shabab striker Habib Diallo.

Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy could also be back on the radar as Fulham hunt for another goal striker.

Rodrigo Muniz is in excellent form, but with Armando Broja’s loan move unlikely to be made permanent at this time, another striker may be a key priority.

Fulham renews interest in Jonas Wind
Wolfsburg striker Jonas Wind, like Guirassy, is a name that refuses to go.

According to the German publication Wolfsburger Allgemeine Zeitung, Fulham will be looking for Wind again this summer.

Fulham are expected to compete with Wolverhampton Wanderers, who are also interested in Wind.
At 6 feet 3 inches tall, the 25-year-old is a large and powerful centre forward who impressed with Copenhagen in his native Denmark.

Wolfsburg pounced to sign him in 2022, paying roughly €12 million (£10 million) to bring him to Germany.
Wind started the season on fire, scoring eight goals in the first nine Bundesliga games.

However, Wind has been on an amazing goal drought since scoring against RB Leipzig on November 25th.

Wind has not scored in his last 13 appearances across all competitions, and he is struggling to recapture his early-season form.

Wind has contributed four assists during that goalless streak, and his difficulties in front of goal appear to have not deterred Premier League suitors.

Wind’s recent record raises concerns that he may not be the appropriate fit for Fulham, where he will face even stronger competition in the Premier League.

Wind’s physical abilities are attractive, but if he does not score between now and the summer, we will be concerned about a Fulham transfer.
