“I Can’t believe Myself that…” Lexi Thompson Reveals her Health condition ahead of LPGA

The second leg of the LPGA Tour’s Asian Swing begins on October 10. Several LPGA heavyweights have attended the four weeks of unrestricted field competitions. At the Qizhong Garden Golf Club, Rose Zhang, Danielle Kang, Alison Lee, Minjee Lee, Ruoning Yin, and other players will be teeing off. But Lexi Thompson is one of several celebrities who will pass on it.

Thompson, Nelly Korda, Lilia Vu, and even Lydia Ko are not included in the field. Regarding Thompson, the former major champion has never participated in the Shanghai tournament. As this is probably her first full season in the elite women’s golf circuit, many were curious to see if she would be changing her schedule.

However, the 11-time LPGA Tour winner declared she would take a hiatus from golf following the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. Ever since the Solheim Cup, Thompson has been on the field each week. Thompson’s wrist flared up following three consecutive weeks of travel from Seattle to Mainville to Arizona.

Meanwhile, Lexi Thompson is taking care of her other obligations. Based on what she posted on Instagram, the 29-year-old has been getting ready at Blind Brook Club. There are just two tournaments left for the Solheim Cup winner this year, based on the LPGA calendar.
