The Jets appeared to feel that Saleh was no longer the best candidate for the position, while they are unsure if General Manager Joe Douglas or Aaron Rodgers will return in 2024. The Jets will strive to appoint their first winning head coach in more than 20 years when they return to the head coach market.
The Jets cannot afford to waste the careers of one of the deepest rosters this organization has had in years, therefore they will have to search far and wide for their next great coach. Jeff Ulbrich, New York Jets’ interim head coach Ulbrich will have a 12-game trial to prove to Woody Johnson that he is the right candidate.
