On September 16, Biles set off on her Gold Over America Tour in Oceanside, California. She exclusively revealed to PEOPLE before to the tour that it is akin to a “pop concert-style spectacle.” She mentioned that she is giving her body a “break” after competing in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris last month.
“Truthfully, I’ve only gone into the gym to practice a handful of times because of my schedule,” she stated. “I’ve barely been home, but my body needed this break, so I’m not mad about it.”
