NFL JETS RESULT: jet have signed Aaron Rodgers successor for $37 million QB trade …..

With Aaron Rodgers at the controls, the New York Jets’ current quarterback situation appears to be excellent. Who will be the green and white team’s long-term QB1 remains unknown, though. That might be Bryce Young, a rookie for the Carolina Panthers, according to ESPN NFL Insider Dan Graziano. “Don’t sleep” on the Jets as Young’s landing team in the event that the Panthers make him available via trade, he advised. Young was selected first overall in the NFL draft of 2023. His $37 million rookie contract is currently in its second year. The oldest quarterback room in football is owned by the Jets. Tyrod Taylor is 35 years old, and Aaron Rodgers is 40. The Jets threw a wild dart at Florida’s Jordan Travis during the April draft.

Travis, who is 24 years old and in his first season, is an older potential. Though Young is currently in the middle of his second professional season, he is only 23 years old. Young might be a bust, but it’s also possible that he was simply in a terribly dysfunctional environment where nobody could succeed and everyone would have failed. The Panthers benched Young going into Week 3. CNN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports that although Carolina has stated that they will not trade Young, “sources around the league feel it is only a matter of time before Carolina completes a deal involving the second-year quarterback.”

Young’s precise trade worth is unknown, although Schefter stated that “he is still expected to yield some trade value to Carolina.” Jets Would Let Young Grow In the Background Young will have to live up to the expectations of a previous first-round selection as long as he is a member of the Panthers. Young’s expectations will shift significantly the instant he is traded to any other team. He would only be a developing QB3 if he were moved to the Jets. Perhaps he will develop into a reliable starting quarterback for the team. Perhaps he just isn’t that kind of man.
