The No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Wisconsin Badgers 42-10 on Saturday in Madison, Wis. The team’s performance was so impressive that seven major award services named Alabama players as performers of the week.

Alabama punter James Burnip was named Ray Guy Punter of the Week after accumulating 246 yards on five punts, averaging 49.2 yards per kick. Four of his punts landed within the 20-yard line, and he set his season-long with a 64-yarder.

The Outland Trophy Players of the Week are Tyler Booker, Parker Brailsford, Elijah Pritchett, Kadyn Proctor, and Jaeden Roberts from Alabama’s offensive line. Alabama’s starters combined for 34 knockdown blocks and allowed only one sack on the day, propelling the Crimson Tide to 407 yards of offense (181 running and 226 passing).

After his impressive performance at Camp Randall Stadium, Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe was chosen by four separate organizations for five distinct awards. Milroe received the Maxwell Football Club’s Player of the Week award as well as the Davey O’Brien National Quarterback of the Week. The Reese’s Senior Bowl named him Offensive Player of the Week. He was also named Manning Award Star of the Week and earned an Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Honorable Mention. Milroe led the Crimson Tide to a 3-0 start with five touchdowns—three passing and two rushing—and 271 total yards of offense.

The Crimson Tide had a week break before starting their season against the Georgia Bulldogs on September 28.
