“I am back fully” Former Buffalo Bill set to make homecoming return to…

In Week 9, a former Buffalo Bill will return to Orchard Park for homecoming.

In Week 9, the Buffalo Bills will return home to play the Miami Dolphins, who last week recovered Tua Tagovailoa from a concussion he sustained against the Bills in Week 2. The Miami Dolphins fell to 2-5 after losing to the Arizona Cardinals, while Buffalo is riding high after defeating the Seattle Seahawks 31-10.

By defeating Miami on Sunday, the Bills have the opportunity to further widen their gap in the AFC East, which they have already done. It’s safe to say that nobody anticipated the Bills dominating the AFC East for the first eight weeks of the season, given what transpired with Buffalo over the previous summer.

Releasing longtime veterans who contributed to the development of a winning culture since Sean McDermott became head coach was one aspect of the Bills’ change. Jordan Poyer, a safety, was one among the players who contributed to the development of that culture. After being selected by the Philadelphia Eagles and playing for the Cleveland Browns, Poyer joined Buffalo in 2017 to form one of the league’s top safety tandems alongside Micah Hyde, who also joined the Bills that year.

For many years, they served as the defense’s backbone and gave Bills supporters many wonderful memories. However, everything nice must end at some point. Poyer was one of the players who saw the door and entered free agency as a result of the Bills having to make numerous roster cuts to get out of the negative due to the pay cap.

Poyer got a one-year contract with the division rival Miami Dolphins after being cut by the Bills. For Bills supporters, it was a difficult reality to embrace, but there was no other option. With Taylor Rapp and Damar Hamlin, the Bills have, for the most part, been strong at safety this season. However, it’s still strange to see Poyer wearing a new jersey, much less one from the Dolphins.

This week, Jordan Poyer is scheduled to return to Buffalo.

Technically speaking, this will be Poyer’s second public appearance in Buffalo since he signed with Miami. Micah Hyde leads the Bills in a charity softball game every year. Despite having signed with a division opponent, Poyer nevertheless played in the game and was given a standing ovation by the crowd.

Furthermore, according to Matt Parrino, Poyer informed Bills supporters in the stands that Josh Allen is still the league’s top quarterback.
