Formula One teams have a fortnight to prepare for their next meeting, the United States Grand Prix. Red Bull will be trying to make the required adjustments to enable Max Verstappen win his first race since June 23, as McLaren’s Lando Norris prepares for a six-race battle with Verstappen for the World Drivers’ Championship.
The Red Bull star has recently grumbled about his car’s performance. Now, technical advisor Helmut Marko has fuelled rumours that Verstappen could leave not only the team, but F1 altogether.
Meanwhile, it comes during a week when F1 legend Michael Schumacher is said to have attended the wedding of his daughter, Gina-Maria. Little is known about the seven-time world champion’s health following his skiing mishap 11 years ago.
