André Rieu, the world-famous Dutch violinist, will return to Budapest for an unforgettable concert with the Johann Strauss Orchestra. The performance, scheduled for November 2025 at the MVM Dome, will feature several internationally known soloists and promises to be a spectacular event.

André Rieu, a long-time favourite of Hungarian listeners, will return to Budapest with an excellent presentation, according to Travelo.

With over 40 million albums sold, over 500 platinum awards, nearly 10 million Facebook followers, and billions of YouTube views, Rieu remains one of the world’s most successful musicians, attracting over 500,000 concertgoers each year.

“Rieu’s popularity in Hungary is undeniable, which is why tickets for his November concert sold out in no time,” claimed Roland Horváth, CEO of Koncertpromo, the business that organised the event. Due to tremendous demand—and much to the delight of his fans—Rieu has decided to return next year, with a surprise for the Hungarian audience, according to the event’s major organiser.

Attendees can expect another magical evening filled with timeless masterpieces from opera, musicals, and light operas, as well as exquisite film scores, popular songs, and, of course, Rieu’s distinctive passionate waltzes. The performance will be supplemented with magnificent costumes and breathtaking visual effects, creating a wonderful experience that will last centuries.
