Quinn Ewers, the quarterback for the Texas Longhorns, had a near-accident on Saturday night against the UTSA Roadrunners. In a 56-7 victory, he sustained an oblique and stomach injury. Ewers did not finish the game after sustaining the injury in the first half.
In the contest against UTSA, Ewers completed 14 of 16 passes for 185 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The previous week, on the road against the Michigan Wolverines, Ewers played well. At last, he managed to defeat the northern team. Ewers was formerly a quarterback for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
