Youssoufa Moukoko

Youssoufa Moukoko, a Borussia Dortmund striker, could be heading to Spain after completing a personal agreement with Real Betis of La Liga.

Real Betis are thought to be pursuing the signing of Youssoufa Moukoko, with Sky Sport suggesting that the striker has now signed a personal agreement with the club. The 19-year-old would be willing to accept a pay reduction to join the Spanish club. Betis has made a bid for Moukoko, and negotiations with Borussia Dortmund are understood to be ongoing.

Nottingham Forest are also interested in signing Youssoufa Moukoko.
According to the source, Betis wants to sign Moukoko on an initial loan with a buyout clause at the conclusion of the season. Nottingham Forest of the English Premier League are also interested in signing the striker, who wants to leave Borussia Dortmund before the transfer market closes in two weeks.

Olympique Marseille was previously reported to be in advanced talks to sign Moukoko, but the deal fell through in the end. Moukoko’s representative revealed last month that his client wants to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer owing to a lack of playing time. He was left out of the BVB team for their first competitive game of the season, a DFB-Pokal first round match.

Borussia Dortmund’s management is keen to ensure that Moukoko is not sold for a lower transfer fee than they believe is fair. Moukoko has two years left on his current BVB contract.

Youssoufa Moukoko, who made his first-team debut for Borussia Dortmund just one day after turning 16, has made 99 appearances for the club, scoring 18 goals and assisting eight times.
