Tennis fans went crazy when Argentina’s Gabriela Sabatini and Juan Martin Del Potro were photographed together at an event commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Argentinian Olympic Committee. Both former footballers are said to be dating each other for a long time. Sabatini frequently posts images of herself and Del Potro on social media, bringing her admirers up to date on her personal life. She was the one who revealed certain details about the Argentinian Olympic Committee’s star-studded gala in December of last year.

“It is a pleasure to be a member of this Olympic family and Argentine sport. “Congratulations on these 100 years,” Sabatini said in the caption on the post. The 53-year-old was spotted smiling as she posed alongside Del Potro, who was dressed in a nice black suit for the occasion.

Other photos connected to the post show Sabatini having a good time with several former and current Argentine tennis stars, including Facundo Diaz Acosta, Martin Jaite, Nadia Podoroska, Florencia Labat, Florencia Molinero, and Facundo Bagnis. She was also seen with Argentine musician Abel Pintos in one of the photographs that went popular on the internet.

Gabriela Sabatini began her tennis career early, as did many of her peers in the late 1980s and mid-1990s. She first became interested in sports when she was six years old. She won her maiden event two years later and went on to become the youngest player to win the famous Orange Bowl at the age of thirteen. In 1984, she ranked first among juniors worldwide.

Sabatini traveled to the United States when she was 13 years old to pursue a professional tennis career. She was well-known for her clean strokes, which included a lightning topspin and a sweeping one-handed backhand.

Gabriela Sabatini was a regular in the semi-finals of all major Grand Slam tournaments. She won the Wimbledon doubles in 1988 but failed to win the singles title. After a string of setbacks, Sabatini earned her first major singles title at the 1990 US Open. Six years later, the Argentine retired from the professional tour.
