Most people would tell you that Brian Dawkins and Jason Kelce are their all-time favourite Philadelphia Eagles. Those are a few solid options. Truth be told, you can’t go wrong with either person. We have yet to meet someone who could say anything negative about either of them as individuals.
Then again, it’s Jason Kelce and Brian Dawkins. What’s not to like?
Dawk and Jason are quite different people, but they are also very similar in many respects. They were the best in the business for their position. They radiated leadership without even trying. They also have large hearts.
In typical Jason Kelce style, he is raising funds for a worthy cause.
Stories like these always make us grin. Guess what? Jason Kelce is hosting a party. This isn’t just any party, however. This one is for charity. The proceeds help the Eagles Autism Foundation.
PhiladelphiaEagles.com recently published a terrific write-up on Jason’s fourth annual Team 62 at The Ocean Drive event. Make a note of the dates. The party goes from June 26 until June 27. Sea Isle City, New Jersey is the setting.
In 2023, the same event generated approximately $500,000. This included an amazing $150,000 before the bar was even open to the public.
Hmmm. We wonder how many drinks Jason consumed.
In any case, Jason is an adult, and as long as he’s hanging out with us Birds fans, he’s free to drink as much as he wants. We salute the legend. We certainly support these types of events.
