Nottingham Forest Now Makes Key Move to Sign Player
According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, Nottingham Forest have now activated the release clause in Corinthians custodian Carlos Miguel’s contract. Forest have reached an agreement with the custodian on the personal parameters of the transfer deal.
The Premier League club has also officially notified with Corinthians that they intend to sign the 25-year-old this summer.
Nottingham Forest planned to pay the €4 million release clause in July because to PSR worries in the current fiscal year, which ends on June 30th.
However, it is now believed that they have moved forward with their effort to sign him, activating the release clause in his Corinthians contract.

Forest are prepared to pay the €4 million to Corinthians immediately in order to bring Miguel to the City Ground this summer.
The Brazilian is interested in the transfer and has been waiting for the two clubs to reach an agreement.
Nottingham Forest are looking for a custodian and are on the approach of signing Miguel as their first new player this summer.
