Many fans and media members appear to overlook how hectic the NFL becomes around the NFL draft. Not only are there numerous trade rumors about teams trading up for quarterbacks, but there are also veterans that get moved around the draft.
The team, whose biggest move was a trade for WR Jerry Jeudy, made a number of free agent transactions.
While Jeudy was the huge move for the Browns, WRs Tee Higgins and Brandon Aiyuk are even larger names at the position that is thought to be available in the trade.
According to one rumor, the Pittsburgh Steelers have considered dealing for Higgins, but the Cincinnati Bengals are less likely to do so within the AFC North.
If Higgins isn’t likely, the Steelers could have eyes for Aiyuk as well:

Allbright, a Denver-based radio personality and NFL insider, is a divisive character on social media, but as this writer has seen in person and confirmed with my contacts, he is connected to sources throughout the league. Whether this text, with the name altered, comes from a reliable source or not, it makes sense for Pittsburgh.
With head coach Mike Tomlin in his final year of contract, the Steelers traded Diontae Johnson this summer, leaving WR George Pickens as the team’s only outside threat. Van Jefferson was signed this offseason in hopes of reviving his career, but he has caught only 20 passes over the last two seasons.
San Francisco 49ers GM John Lynch has denied that Aiyuk is available for trade, but whispers persist. For good reason. In 2023, Aiyuk led the Niners with 75 receptions for 1,342 yards. He’s also in the penultimate year of his rookie contract, with a fifth-year option for more than $14 million.
Pittsburgh has the 20th overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft but would likely need to add more value to acquire Aiyuk to help out new QBs Russell Wilson and Justin Fields.
