Alabama Crimson Tide football players are sure that their basketball team will defeat the UConn Huskies and proceed to the national championship game.The No. 4 seed Crimson Tide advanced to the Final Four with an 89-82 win over the Clemson Tigers in the Elite Eight and will face the No. 1 seed Huskies on Saturday at State Farm Stadium in Arizona, tipoff at 8:49 p.m. ET. This is a difficult challenge, given UConn is the favorite to win the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

Alabama is an 11.5-point underdog heading into the semifinals, but the football team believes the basketball team can pull off the shock.ABC’s Jamie Hale interviewed numerous Crimson Tide players on their team’s chances.
