DeBose attends Vigor High School in Alabama and is a four-star offensive tackle for 2025.
Since taking over in Tuscaloosa, DeBose has been impressed by the Crimson Tide’s new coaching staff.
“The message I got from them is that Alabama is still going to be Alabama,” DeBose told Touchdown Alabama. “Alabama will remain unchanged in terms of how people arrive, speak, and conduct themselves. I think Alabama will do well.”
Kalen DeBoer and Kane Wommack have both worked to establish a relationship with DeBose, and it is beginning to pay off.

At 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, Debose is already regarded as one of the nation’s top 2025 offensive tackles. He opens the way for Vigor’s rushing attack by destroying opponents and run blocking in space, demonstrating his capacity to reach the second level.
