After rallying from behind twice in the afternoon, the Bruins were defeated 3-2 by the Flyers in Philadelphia.
Tyson Forester’s snap shot off the rush beat Linus Ullmark, giving the Flyers a late lead that they would not give up.
The Bruins suffered their second regulation loss in a row, an uncommon occurrence in this OTL/SOL-filled season.
Justin Brazeau scored his third goal in a row, while Danton Heinen added the Bruins’ second.
Travis Konecny led the way for Philadelphia, scoring his 29th and 30th goals of the season.
After a scoreless first period, Konecny made it 1-0 Flyers with a power play goal. Brazeau tied it for the Bruins midway through the third period, taking it to the HOOP and slipping it home, making it 1-1.With barely over a minute remaining in the second period.
That was it until the last five minutes of the third period, when anarchy broke out.
Konecny made it 2-1 Flyers with 4:44 remaining in the third…

Another OT game for the B’s? Not today. Foerster would beat Ullmark just over two minutes after Heinen’s goal, making it 3-2 Flyers.
