Fulham manager Marco Silva says he feels frustrated after his team lost 2-1 to Wolves at Molineux due to missed chances and blunders.

Marco Silva: We were punished for our mistakes

Marco Silva discloses contract negotiations with Fulham trio, hoping to avert summer exodus.

Fulham manager Marco Silva has confirmed that the club is negotiating new contracts for Tosin Adarabioyo, Bobby De Cordova-Reid, and Kenny Tete.

Centre-back Adarabioyo has been watched by Liverpool, Tottenham, AC Milan, and Napoli in recent months, and his contract expires this summer. He has previously turned down at least one offer for a new contract, as Standard Sport reported in January.

De Cordova-Reid, the 31-year-old attacker, is also set to become a free agent this summer, with the club retaining the option to prolong Tete’s stay in west London for another year.

It is unclear whether any of the trio will continue to play for Fulham next season. Harrison Reed, Joao Palhinha, and Silva have already signed new contracts, committing to the club for the long term.

Speaking on Friday about the trio who are due to go in the summer, Silva said: “Three distinct things [situations], or two that are different.

“We have an option on Kenny’s contract. We continue to speak with his agent, but the option is available whenever we want to use it.

“That is a different circumstance than the other two, who are nearing the end of their contracts. The reality, and what I can tell you now, is that we are speaking with them and their agents.

“What we attempt to do is keep them with us. Our objective and desire is to have them join us again next season.”

Fulham take on Wolves at Molineux on Saturday, matching two of the Premier League’s most praised managers outside of the conventional ‘Big Six’ clubs: Silva and Gary O’Neil.
