While it’s unclear how many people were outside enjoying some refreshments, such a beer and a cigarette, those who left were captured on camera during the break on Sky Sports.
Whatever the cause, it wasn’t a pleasant sight, and the image below illustrates how many seats were actually empty following the halftime break.

If you look at the picture above more attentively, you can see that most of the fans are clustered around the food establishments.

It is still true, though, that by the time the game ended, probably only 25% to 50% of players had completed the entire game.
