The Detroit Lions did not win any NFL Honors honors for the 2023 season, but several players came close for the second year in a row. Offensive coordinator Ben Johnson finished third in Assistant Coach of the Year voting, while Jahmyr Gibbs (fourth) and Sam LaPorta (third) finished in the top five for Offensive Rookie of the Year, and Dan Campbell finished third in Coach of the Year.
Aside from that, several more Lions players received votes in different categories.
