SANTA CLARA: On Sunday afternoon at Levi’s Stadium, during the NFC Championship Game, the 49ers will have the benefit of the Faithful.

The patented “Fan Forecast” algorithm of ticket marketplace Vivid Seat indicates that the faithful have a significant advantage, with 82% of the audience rooting for the red and gold. However, the cost of attending the event is expensive, with premium tickets especially when compared to the AFC Championship event.

The average cost of a ticket to see the 49ers play the Detroit Lions on Sunday is $941, which is forty-three percent more than the average cost of a ticket to see the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs play in the AFC Championship.

The 2023 NFC Championship between the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers is the most anticipated NFC Championship ticket in 13 years, ahead of only that game this season. The price of tickets for the game on Sunday is $448.

The average sold price of the hottest NFC Championship tickets since 2011

1. The 49ers of San Francisco visiting the Eagles 1/29/23 – $974

2. San Francisco 49ers vs. Detroit Lions, January 28, 24 – $941

3. Los Angeles Rams vs. San Francisco 49ers 1/30/22 – $835

4. Philadelphia Eagles vs. Minnesota Vikings on January 21, 2018 – $549

5. New Orleans Saints vs. Los Angeles Rams, January 20, 2019 – $543

With the defense still on the field late in the game, the crowd’s shout at the conclusion of the Divisional victory over the Green Bay Packers was thunderous. The Stadium vibrated with excitement when Dre Greenlaw grabbed his second interception to seal the 49ers’ victory.

When the 49ers and the other teams square off in the Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas on Sunday at 3:15 p.m. PT, the noise level is probably going to be at least as high as it will be.
