Initial injury report for Detroit Lions’ NFC Championship Game game against the 49ers is released.
When the Detroit Lions play in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, they will do something that they haven’t done since the 1991 campaign. It won’t be simple for the Lions to overcome the No. 1 seed San Francisco 49ers at home in order to make it to their first Super Bowl. The Lions have now made public their initial injury report for Sunday’s contest.
