All indications point to Detroit making it to the NFC Championship Game, where it will face either the Green Bay Packers or the San Francisco 49ers with an opportunity to play in the Super Bowl. The Lions are the superior all-around team with the more seasoned quarterback in these postseason scenarios.
Joy Taylor of FOX Sports makes a big declaration about Goff ahead of the playoff matchup with the Buccaneers, and when you look at the facts via Speak On FS1, it’s spot on.

There’s no denying that Patrick Mahomes is the most reliable quarterback in the playoffs right now given his record of winning two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs, positioning his team to make another run at a championship and possibly start a dynasty in the process.
Despite having made it to the Super Bowl and leading the Lions to their first postseason victory in many years, Goff is not considered a successful quarterback in this league.
Although Goff’s victory over his former team in the first round of the playoffs was spectacular, he will face a different test this week against a Buccaneers squad that has nothing to lose.
