DeBoer is keeping Robert Gillespie and Freddie Roach from the current Tide staff, but he is bringing his offensive staff from Washington. Robert Bala, a native of California, was an intriguing defensive coordinator prospect at Georgia Tech, but he is currently with Alabama. His social media presence is unchanged, since he continues to serve as the Crimson Tide’s inside linebackers coach.
